As Co-Chair of the Engagement Committee for two years, I helped plan and execute company-wide events designed to strengthen culture, connection, and employee experience. My responsibilities ranged from managing budgets and coordinating logistics to concepting creative event themes and experiences for employees across the organization. During this time, I helped produce large-scale celebrations, including an annual holiday party, and launched the company’s Oktoberfest tradition. At the tail end of the pandemic, I also led the planning of virtual engagement programming to maintain connection across remote teams, organizing interactive events such as chocolate tastings, beverage tastings, and live cooking demonstrations. These initiatives helped sustain morale, encourage participation, and foster a sense of community during a time of transition.
